Wisdom happiness and being grateful
"Most people are grateful because they are happy. Wise people are happy because they're grateful."
That's a great quote - thanks for sharing it! Gratitude is sometimes presented to us as small daily gifts of which we are often unaware of. At the end of your day try writing down three things you were grateful for experiencing. You may be surprised at the gratitude that you have for things that are normally taken for granted; ie., the sunrise, having food to eat, a warm smile from someone, anyone.
