Ingrediences for Happiness

I remember this quote from  an old  refrigerator sticker:

"If you really want to be happy, nobody can stop you"

I took it to mean all this: happiness is caused internally and has everything to do with your attitude, will, intention perseverance  and willingness and bottom line: it solely depends on YOU - and just like it says: if you really want to be happy, nobody can stop you.
All action will come from that.

....hm - for some reason, if you consider this for a moment, we're back to attention and presence as essential requirements to actually do this.
